Daredevil pen sketch

I did this whilst waiting in between layers in the painting that I’m working on right now, so this was nothing more than a little exercise J

Original X-Men artist trading cards 2 of 6 - Cyclops

Cyclops is one of the only characters in the X-Men history to be an almost constant.  Even though I’m not much of an X-Men reader I can’t really remember a time when Cyclops wasn’t in one of the ‘X’ books.  That is something I guess about the X-Men books that can make it a little daunting for outsiders to crack into reading those books because there is so much history with the characters coming and going.

As I said yesterday let me know what you guys think, the set of six will go up for sale sometime over at Quit Your Day Job but contact me if you are desperate for them!

Original X-Men artist trading cards 1 of 6 - Angel

I’ve never been a big fan of Angel, or does he prefer ‘The Angel’?  But I do love the original X-Men costumes and I wanted to do up a set of artist sketch cards featuring the original six members of the team.

Let me know what you guys think, the set of six will go up for sale sometime over at Quit Your Day Job but contact me if you are desperate for them!

Wolverine with markers

There's been some discussion over at quityourdayjob.com.au about the aging effect that adding the markers has done to the original pencils.

Wolverine pencils

So I set up my new desk in the studio downstairs and even though it's a bit hot down there I managed to spend enough time to draw a quite pencil sketch of a cartoon Wolverine - will post the markers tomorrow.

Ghost Rider

I did this one this afternoon to try and unwind a little - the colours didn't scan very well (I've done it at a lower dpi so I don't know if that is what has done it):
